I transferred FTM from my exchange in Australia. The default network was ERC 20 -should have been Fantom I have been told - and although the transaction was completed successfully on the blockchain the funds NEVER arrived in my fwallet!.I have the details of the transaction. I was told to contact fantom support to get these funds allocated to my wallet! How do i do that
